Bank reconciliation now runs itself
Taki matches bank transactions to the right documents and posts them as they come in. You only hear from it when something needs your eye.
The reconciliation list shows what Taki has posted, and what is waiting for your eye.
How it works
Taki pulls transactions from your bank through the day and finds the documents they belong to. Matches are posted automatically, with a full trail on every link.
- Transactions are fetched automatically through the day
- Matches are posted with a link to the right document
- Exceptions gather in their own list with a suggestion ready
When does Taki need you?
Most days it does not. When something is unclear, you get a short list with suggestions, not a job that starts from scratch.
- Open the Needs your eye list
- Review the suggestion Taki has prepared
- Confirm, or pick the right document yourself
Connect your bank under Settings and Bank, and reconciliation starts running by the next business day.
Reconciliation should not be a task you remember. It should be something that is simply done.
