Are my numbers used to train AI

No. They're used to do your accounts, not to train models for anyone else.

Who sees them

You and your accountant.

A few people at our end have technical access. It's only used when something has gone wrong, for example if a receipt was read incorrectly. We don't sell data.

Can you trust TAKI to get it right

TAKI handles the day to day, and like all AI it can make mistakes. That's why a certified accountant quality-checks what matters and delivers your annual accounts, your tax return and your VAT return.

You're never left alone with the numbers.

Where they're stored

Your accounts are kept in a Norwegian accounting system, with a supplier we have a data processing agreement with. Everything is encrypted, both in transit and at rest, and we follow Norwegian law and the GDPR.

You deal with TAKI and your accountant. The rest is our job.

You own them

You can export your accounts in standard formats whenever you like, including if you leave. You can also ask to see what we hold about you, have mistakes corrected and ask for deletion.

About deletion

Accounting records must be kept, usually for five years. If you ask for deletion, we delete everything we can and tell you what's left and why. Write to hei@takiregnskap.no, and we'll take it from there.
