Connect your bank

Updated September 30, 2026

With your bank connected, payments in and out come in on their own, and you see which ones are missing a receipt. It's the one job that saves you the most time.

How to connect

You need BankID and the right to operate the account. It takes a few minutes.

Along the way you'll meet Mastercard. That's neither us nor your bank. Banks require an approved third party to broker the connection, and Mastercard is ours.

We fetch the transactions and the balance on the accounts you choose. We can see your money, but we can't move it.

Every 180 days the bank wants you to confirm again.

TAKI reads your transactions and matches them to the receipts and invoices you've sent in. We can see your money, but we can't move it.

What you see afterwards

Transactions come in continuously. The ones without a match stay put, and that's the list you want. It tells you which receipt to look for, so you don't have to go through everything.

Can't find the answer?

If it's an accounting question, take it up with your accountant inside TAKI. If it's about TAKI itself, we'll answer.
